Welcome to HXMA (Hard X-ray Micro Analysis) beamline.
Our energy range is 5-40 KeV and we specialized in XAFS.
HXMA uses X-ray from superconductiong wiggler which provides usable photon energy up to ~ 40 keV.
HXMA's Major optical components include a double crystal monochromator, a toroidal focusing mirror, and a vertical collimating mirror.
